When you see CondoTrip.com's Lowest Price Guarantee listed next to our specially negotiated properties you can purchase with confidence knowing that the rates listed are the lowest available on the Internet for that accomodation. We offer this 110% guarantee because its worth it to us to offer you more than the usual guarantee to ensure you save time shopping and can indeed purchase with confidence when making a booking with CondoTrip.com. If you find a lower rate on another website within 24 hours of purchase, for exactly the same dates, and accommodations purchased, we’ll meet that rate, and give you the difference, plus an additional 10% of the difference between the rates.

How does this work?

Book your vacation lodging reservation with us. If you find a better rate for the property you booked with us within 24 hours of your reservation placement, we will refund the difference to you + 10% of the difference.

* Terms & Conditions -

• Rate must be for the exact same property, quality level, number of guests, and same currency.

• Rate is based on total cost of lodging, including all taxes, fees and surcharges.

• Departure and Arrival Dates must be the same.

• Lower Rate must be viewable to all General consumers on-line.

• Rate cannot be a bulk rate for groups, travel organizations, or available to members of membership clubs or programs.

• Guarantee does not include any special rates that are available only to members of membership clubs or programs, negotiated rates, corporate rates, convention/group rates, wholesale rates, affinity/ association/government rates, rates that require coupon/certificate redemption, rates that are part of a travel package, deal, or bundle which includes more than hotel accommodations, such as parking, meals, entertainment, etc.; or any kind of promotion that requires guests to participate in timeshare/vacation ownership presentations.

• Program does not apply to rates offered without the specific hotel and location being disclosed until the consumer completes reservation.

Other applicable policies -

  • Before asserting a 110% Lowest Price Guarantee claim, you must have booked a prepaid room on our Site at an Exclusive Rate and received a valid reservation confirmation number from us.
  • You must submit the claim that you found a lower rate on another website by completing and submitting the online Guarantee Claim Form within 24 hours of booking your original reservation with us.
  • We must be able to verify the lower rate on the other website. The lower rate on the other website must be for the same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same dates, in the same currency (US Dollars), and must be publicly viewable (i.e., the general public must be able to view the rate on the website) and bookable (i.e., the rate is currently available and can be reserved online) via the Internet.
  • For a multiple-night stay, the total room cost for the stay will be evaluated in determining whether the other website has a lower rate.
  • We must be able to verify, to our satisfaction, that your claim meets all conditions of our 110% Lowest Price Guarantee program and these Terms and Conditions, and that it has been submitted properly.
  • For purposes of our 110% Lowest Price Guarantee program, the Exclusive Rate includes the room rate only and does not include any taxes or tariffs (i.e. federal, state, provincial, local, or otherwise), or any guest fees or charges that may be imposed by a hotel on a guest's stay.
  • Provided you meet all of the conditions herein, we will honor the lower rate found on the other website, plus give you an additional 10% of the difference between the rates, provided the lower rate is not then offered under our 110% Lowest Price Guarantee Exclsive Rates.
  • The standard 110% Lowest Price Guarantee claims processing time for a legitimate, non-excluded claim is 2 business days. Any rate change is not effective until you receive confirmation via e-mail, which will also provide details regarding your refund (no refund will be processed for any reservation for which payment in full is not received). If your hotel stay begins before e-mail confirmation is received from us, the original Exclusive Rate will remain in effect.
